Essentials covers tracking across all five core modules. Governance Plus adds the planning side — reminders, reports, the deadline calendar, board meeting prep. Accountability + Transparency Pro adds everything aimed at outside accountability — the complaints log, per-employee and per-director tracking, the full audit log, and public transparency reporting.

Is this priced per seat?

No. Add your whole board and staff team without the bill changing based on headcount.

Can we switch plans later?
